Gregg Winik is the Executive Producer of the Emmy award winning 10-part documentary event, “The Last Dance”, the story of Michael Jordan’s final season with the Chicago Bulls on Netflix & ESPN.

After sixteen years running the broadcasting, programming and production divisions at the National Basketball Association, Winik formed Winik Media in 2006.
Currently producing “For Ball and Country”, the story of the 2021 USA Basketball’s men’s Olympic team for NBC/Peacock. Winik Media’s recent productions include “NBA Rooks”, a multi-season documentary series for ESPN on the life of an NBA rookie. Winik Media also advises NBA and NHL franchises in expanding their original content business.

Additionally, Winik Media recently acquired a sports film library that consists of 300 hours of original sports film dating back to the mid-twentieth century and is in the process of preserving the collection and developing original documentaries and dramatic series.
